Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer- Refund & Service Policy

At RJ Waterproofing, our goal is to deliver high-quality, long-lasting waterproofing and repair services. Due to the nature of our work — which often involves labor, materials, and time-intensive solutions — we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

Estimates & Deposits

  • All estimates are free unless stated otherwise.
     

  • Some projects may require a deposit before scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a service at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.


Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
 

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the issue and, if we determine the issue is related to our workmanship, we will return to correct it at no additional cost.

Waranty

Many of our services include a warranty (varies by job type). Warranty details are provided at the time of service and may include:
Length of coverage


Scope of what is covered (e.g., water seepage, structural cracks)


What voids the warranty (e.g., outside interference, failure to maintain
 

No Cash Refunds

Due to the nature of waterproofing and structural work, we do not issue cash refunds after services have been rendered. We stand by our workmanship and will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns
